Hi, I'm Mariah.
I'm an Operations Manager who believes every business deserves the right operational solution, not the most complicated one.
Over the past nine years, I've partnered with founders, nonprofits, and growing organizations to build workflows, improve operations, implement technology, and build/organize processes that help teams work more efficiently. From client onboarding and CRM implementation to project management, automation, AI adoption, and operational strategy, I've decided to spend my career solving the problems that happen behind the scenes.
As I worked with more businesses, I kept seeing the same pattern.
Businesses invested in talented people and great technology, but the systems behind the work hadn't been intentionally designed. Processes lived in people's heads, tools weren't connected, and everyday tasks took more time than they should have.
The problem usually wasn't a lack of tools.
It was a lack of operational design. That's why I created The Digital Operations Collective.
